Jerry Foley — Founder
Founder of CWP in 1993, Jerry brings more than 30 years of specialized construction experience, with work spanning historic restoration, complex construction, and residential and commercial projects. His experience includes notable projects involving the National Gallery of Art, George Washington University, Wolf Trap and the Carlheim Barn at Paxton. Jerry remains actively involved in CWP's projects today, providing the same hands-on approach and attention to detail that have defined the company from the beginning.
Gerald Foley — Project Manager | Next Generation
Representing the next generation of CWP Construction, Gerald works alongside Jerry in the field serving as project manager, coordinating day-to-day construction activities, trades and project details while carrying forward the craftsmanship and standards established by the company more than three decades ago.
Kimberly Shierts — Co-Owner | Operations
Kimberly brings a background in business operations and government contracting to CWP, along with many years of community involvement, including special education advocacy and leading a GreenKids school partnership grant. Family and community have always been important to her, as has an appreciation for historic structures, their stories, and the importance of preserving their character for future generations. She believes in being involved, helping where she can, and making a positive difference in the lives of others.
