Originated as a sole proprietor performing weekend side jobs 30 years ago, CWP grew to be a reputable firm known for its expertise in historic restoration and complex projects. Jerry’s experience stems from notable projects at the National Gallery of Art, the historic George Washington University, Quantico Armory Marine base, the Carlheim Barn at Paxton, and the historic Conservatory at Abernethy & Spencer, among decades of residential and commercial clients. Jerry is known in the industry as a traditional master craftsman with a creative vision and complex problem solver who can perseverance through any obstacle, producing exceptional quality and beauty. He loves restoring old buildings and classic cars.

Kimberly Shierts

Managing Member

Kim partnered with Jerry and CWP after leaving the corporate life at Oracle to start a family. She grew up in the construction industry, watching her father erect iconic structures such as the Mayo Clinic and the Mall of America, operating the largest crane in the US. Kim’s background in finance, government contracting and real estate investments contributes to CWPs daily operations. She loves spending time with family and gardening.

Gerald Foley

Project Services Manager

Gerald, a fourth generation Gerald and carpenter — destined to carry on the hammer tradition. Gerald contributes a fresh young vision and very energetic vibe to CWP. He loves to custom build diesel trucks and fox body cars.
